Policies: Scheduling, Refunds, Cancellation, and more

Appointments:

All appointments are scheduled online by clicking “schedule appointment” on the top left. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you can do so online at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. (Use the link in your confirmation e-mail.) If you have trouble rescheduling online, please e-mail me at vernessa@visionsbyvernessa.com

Rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment will occur at the consultant’s discretion. When you book an appointment with me, I commit to having enough time to serve you. That affects how many clients I can take on. For that reason, I don’t offer refunds for missed or late appointments. Please be sure to mark your calendar and take advantage of the courtesy e-mail reminders.

Refunds:

My work with and for you begins the moment you make your appointment. I hold space in anticipation of our sacred time together, and your angels, ancestors, and guides often begin communicating with me well in advance of your session. For this reason, I do not offer refunds for canceled appointments. If you need to reschedule, you may select a new date and time for your session. If you need to cancel and are unsure when you can reschedule, I am happy to issue you a voucher that you can use to re-book your session at a later date, or a credit that you may apply towards a different service.

Please note that selecting “Cancel” online for an appointment will only cancel the appointment on the calendar and will not generate a refund.

Gift Certificates, Appointment Vouchers, and Promotions:

Gift certificates, vouchers, and promotions for a specific service will be honored through the expiration date. The amount paid never expires. After the expiration date, the original amount paid can be applied towards any eligible new service. Gift certificate, vouchers, and promotions are not redeemable at third-party and special events unless otherwise indicated.
